We collect: (a) contact details you provide (name, phone/WhatsApp, email); (b) the documents you send for translation; (c) payment data, securely processed by our providers (e.g., Stripe) — we do not store your full card details; and (d) browsing data (pages visited, device) via cookies and analytics tools, when you consent.

We use your data to: provide the quote and translation; deliver the service and communicate with you about your order; process payments; comply with legal obligations; and, with your consent, improve the site and measure where visits come from.

We use cookies and Google Analytics to understand traffic and improve your experience. These cookies are only activated after your consent in the banner shown on the site — you can decline.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers needed to run the service (for example, payment processing, hosting, and secure storage) and when required by law.

We keep documents only as long as needed for the service. As a rule, files from completed orders are deleted after 60 days, and unpaid orders are removed after 10 days. You can request deletion at any time.

You have the right to access, correct, port, and delete your data, and to withdraw consent.

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Documents are kept in private storage with restricted access.
