Terms of Use
Last updated: August 2026
1. Acceptance
By using the site and hiring Swornly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Swornly provides certified document translation, with the certification statement required by USCIS. We provide a translation service — we are not a law firm and do not provide immigration legal advice.
3. Quote, price, and payment
The price is calculated per page (from $20/page), as shown in the quote. Payment can be made by card (via Stripe) or Zelle. For Zelle, the order is confirmed after the receipt is verified.
4. Turnaround
The estimated turnaround is shown in the quote, based on page count. Illegible or incomplete documents may affect the timeline.
5. Acceptance guarantee
If a translation we provide is not accepted by USCIS for a reason related to the translation, we correct it at no cost or refund the amount paid for the translation, as applicable. The guarantee does not cover denials for reasons unrelated to the translation (case merits, missing documentation, agency decisions, etc.).
6. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for sending legible, complete, and truthful documents, and for reviewing the details entered in the quote.
7. Confidentiality
We treat your documents confidentially and store them in a secure environment, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swornly's liability is limited to the amount paid for the contracted service.
